Implant and Restorative Solutions

Implant restorations, crown and bridge, and full-arch solutions supported by digital precision, advanced materials, and collaborative design

Smile Innovations Dental Lab provides implant and restorative solutions for doctors who want a more precise, better-coordinated workflow from planning through production. We support implant restorations, single restorations, crown and bridge, and full-arch solutions using advanced systems including Exocad, Micron Mapper, TRIOS 5, coDiagnostiX, and RealGuide. Our process is built around strong communication, dependable manufacturing, and material selection that supports both function and esthetics across straightforward and complex cases.

Fixed Restorative and Implant Services

We provide a focused range of fixed restorative services for doctors managing single-unit, implant, and larger restorative cases. Services include:

  • Implant restorations

  • Single restorations

  • Crown and bridge

  • Zirconia hybrids

  • Titanium bars with zirconia or PMMA

  • Complex case solution planning

  • Complex case rescue and resolution

Whether the case is a single implant or a more involved full-arch restoration, our workflow is designed to support precision, visibility, and practical case planning.

Digital Systems That Support Better Outcomes

Our restorative workflow is built on digital systems that help improve design accuracy, record capture, and communication between the doctor and lab.

Core technologies include:

  • Micron Mapper for highly accurate measurement of full-arch implant records, replacing physical jigs

  • TRIOS 5 Intraoral Scanner for patient records during surgery and final record acquisition

  • Medit T710 Bench Top Scanner for fast, accurate scanning of analog models within 4 microns using ISO 12836 scanning

  • Exocad for prosthetic design, digital record alignment, and doctor design review

  • coDiagnostiX for implant surgical guide design

  • RealGuide for 3i and Zimmer implant restorations, surgical guide design, and prosthetic bar design

This combination allows us to work across analog and digital workflows while keeping the doctor more involved throughout the case.

A More Collaborative Design Process

We use Exocad as our primary CAD platform for designing dental prosthetics because it gives us the flexibility to work from multiple forms of patient data in one workflow.

With Exocad, we can:

  • Align and use STL files, CBCT data, and patient photos

  • Design restorations with greater flexibility

  • Share design previews with doctors before production

  • Improve collaboration on patient-specific prosthetics

That visibility matters. It allows doctors to review the case before manufacturing begins rather than simply opening a finished case at delivery.

Full-Arch Solutions With Better Structure and Planning

Full-arch treatment requires more than just fabrication. It requires accurate records, a stable digital workflow, and materials that perform well over time. This workflow helps support passive fit, improve coordination between the restorative and surgical phases, and give doctors a more dependable path through complex implant treatment.

Our full-arch workflow is supported by:

  • Micron Mapper for highly accurate implant record capture

  • RealGuide for prosthetic bar design and implant-based planning

  • Titanium bars with zirconia or PMMA

  • Aidite zirconia, selected for consistent firing, fit, and esthetic performance in full-arch implant restorations

As the only dental lab in North Florida offering MicronMapper technology, Smile Innovations Dental Lab gives doctors access to a more advanced full-arch workflow built around exceptional accuracy, reduced reliance on physical jigs, and stronger digital case coordination. Learn how!

Production Technology

The quality of a restoration depends heavily on the technology used to produce it. At Smile Innovations Dental Lab, our production environment is built around equipment selected for accuracy, consistency, and dependable restorative outcomes.

Our in-lab production technology includes:

  • Roland DWX-52D and DWX-53DC mills for accurate, efficient milling across a wide range of materials

  • Dekema sintering furnace for consistent temperature control and highly accurate restorations

  • Ivoclar porcelain furnaces for reliable, time-tested porcelain processing

These technologies help us maintain tighter control over production quality while supporting both fixed and full-arch restorative work.

Materials Selected for Strength and Esthetics

Material choice affects fit, longevity, esthetics, and how well a restoration performs in real clinical use. We work with materials that support both restorative function and refined final outcomes.

Materials we use include:

  • Aidite Zirconia

  • PMMA

  • Printed tooth resin

  • MIYO micro-layering and staining porcelain material

Aidite zirconia is especially valuable in full-arch implant restorations because it offers consistent firing and fit along with strong esthetic results. MIYO allows us to enhance the beauty of monolithic zirconia by adding the character and visual refinement more often associated with a layered prosthesis.

This gives doctors a practical combination of strength and esthetics without overcomplicating the case.
